Is it possible to span a quarter circle shaped plan with a radius of 18m, with concrete waffle slabs, without internal columns?, and how thick approximatly would the waffle have to be?

It is impossible to give you a definate answer as there are too many unknowns ie loading conditions, edge support details........

Does it have to be a waffle slab. A solid slab would probably be more suitable, and a little easier to analyse!!!

at a rough guess you're lookin at about 1.5m deep, with the actual slab being about 500m deep and the waffle protruding 1m...
