Dell All-in-one 810 - cartridge install help!

    I have a Dell all-in-one 810. I'm trying to install a new printer cartridge.

    Problem? I can't. The cartridge won't move out to a point where I can remove it.


    Any ideas? Thanks.

    turn on the printer , open the lid the cartridge thing should move over to where you can remove. replace them XD

    This is what I would have assumed too. It's not the case. The cartridge doesn't move.
