Channel 4 FTA?

    Channel 4 appears to be FTA on flysat.com, anyone able to sneak a look to see? 12129V 27500 2/3 on 2A south beam

    Also quoted on lyngsat as Channel 4 south and east.

    the bitrate seems to vary, sometime it's watchable like full screen webstreaming, but other times its coloured blocks and the video is lagging the audio

    S4C have been FTA for about 3 or more years now.

    S4C or S4C~digidol? Not the same channel.

    S4C~digidol was 1st to go FTA from FTV and was intended to be FTA from the start. The BBC used it as research for their own FTA move.

    I meant S4C 'Analogue' not S4C Digidol.

    A FTA Digital satellite feed of the Terrestrial "analogue" S4C would be very interesting as it is some place between actual C4 and S4C~digidol in content. Perhaps it can go FTA before the "main" C4 in 2008 Sky contract expires.
