    Hi there,
Just wondering, heard a few conflicting reports about the m50 speed camera the one heading southbound just through the toll.

some people have said there is a fault and its not actually working..
Is this true, as I went by it on easter saturday which is 5 weeks ago.. I think i was ok, but i have doubts that I may have been doing over the limit as u all well know trying to keep to that u dont notice urself speeding up after been doing the 120kph....

Has anyone received points or the speeding fine from this camera yet, that may be able to show that yes it was working??? and how long did it take.

    You're really concerned about it!!

Realistcally, if the new job require you to have a "clean licence" you do. The points wont get applied for about 2/3 months after the actual date. By then you are already working for them. If a company gets rid of you for only 2 points (most insurers dont care about 4 points), well then thats their loss!

I havent heard of a single person being sent any points yet tho.

Do the cameras work in the wet? Driving past the one at tallaght, and when the road was wet, you could barely see the white lines
