    Hello All,

    I used the search function on this site but I could not find an answer to my question. Is it possible to get the history of a particular vehicle by not having to go through cartell.ie? Is this information available through FoI requests or similar? If it is, how do I do it?
    There are several threads when you search for cartell, and the question was asked but no answer.
    From what I can tell, all vehicle data is kept in the NVDF. Cartell appears to be a private company Auto Records Ltd in Clane. If they have access, can a private individual access the file?
