Looking For a club Sandyfourd area (Emphasis on sparring)

Looking for a club. Did Taequando for a few years before college since then a desk job has take its tole. Interested in MMA/kick boxing/Jujitsu (Something along those lines) to get the blood moving again as iv gotten a little soft.:D Can anyone recommend a club
