Manchester's El Diablo's Social Club is a byword for cosmic dancefloor shenanigans from disco and italo to house and techno, just the way we like it.....They've booked some of our favourite DJ's over the last few years, like Todd Terje, Maurice Fulton and Metro Area, and are also notorious for running sneaky afterhours shebeens in warehouses, brothels and other houses of ill-repute...... Basically, they're our kind of guys!
Representing them on the night will be Danny Webb and Neil Diablo. Both are hugely experienced dj's, with Danny a popular guest in the backroom at Electric Chair, as well as being a fromer partner in crime of Fanto's, who ran 'Black Heart Disco' with him a few years back. Backing them up on the night is the punkyfunky electrodisco sound of 52funk resident Matagouri.
This is the first 'clubswap' that we've organised, with a return leg scheduled for the (British) bank holiday weekend on Sunday August 26th. It's gonna be a blast!
