    Will Digiweb or Irish Broadband work with Win Millennium Ed? They say on their websites that minimum requirement is Win 98SE, so it should work, should it?

    Anything that uses ethernet will work with ANY OS (even DOS) if you have TCP/IP and ethernet. Some Old OS can't do PPPoE
