Problem with Sony sonicstage device, please help!

    Hey,
    Problem is when i connect the sony bean i have to the computer it should open sonicstage automatically and its contents appear there, bbut it isn't doing that anymore. I've reinstalled the software for sonicstage which included drivers. Ive gone into the universal serial bus controll in device managers and there is a yellow exclamaiton mark beside usb mass storage and inside it says the device cannot start due to 'code 10'. Ive tried updating the driver (with the installion cd still in) and it says it cannot find a better match. The device does not even appear in my computer where it should appear in the J drive.
    Anyone any ideas? I've been going mad tying to fix it for the past 2 hours, so any help would be much appreciated!!
