I Hate the New Patch

    Since installing the latest 2142 patch I have gotten the following:

    - Periods of laughably bad framerate.
    - A random sound crash where the entire PC stopped generating audio mid game.
    - A complete freeze/crash that I had to ctrl atl del out of.
    - Random dropping from the server. When it crashes back to the menu it sits there with the "ok" box greyed out. More ctrl alt deleting neccessary.
    And thats only about two hours of playing.

    I hate you EA.

    (To the spanners who feel the need to complain about 2142 constantly: piss off you tits. This is about the patch, not the game.)

    Heh like the subnote. Just one grieveance since when have you not been able to turn in a mec while sprinting?

    I have not had any problem with the new patch aside from the day it came out there was alot of problems with not being able to connect to my clan server , even though both I and the server were patched up.

    This just happened again. Theres a click and a pop and the sound vanishes altogether.

    I take it you tried the off VOIP? when it crashed in other patches, this decreased the frequency of it for me.
