Plot your rides with TopoRoute

Apologies if this is old news for you, but I've been playing with TopoRoute and its road following feature makes plotting a route much more convenient compared to Google Maps (much less markers required and a neater end result). It can also produce an elevation profile. Alas it uses miles & feet measurement with no apparent option to change that to km & meters, and it doesn't add up the total ascend.

    My regular training route: http://www.toporoute.com/cgi-bin/getSavedRoute.cgi?routeKey=FBWOCERJJSHDTLH

I've not seen that particular one before. Looks good. Is there any way to force it to avoid the M50?
