Fire on the Dublin Mountains

    Has anyone seen the massive fire burning in the Dublin mountains?

    Whats that all about? looks pretty big covering a lot of land

    I saw it in the distance, looked pretty big. It seems pretty common around our dry spells. The wicklow mountains around the wicklow gap are totally burnt froma fire in the last few weeks.

    It wasnt far of from that pic! So seriuosly nobody saw it? Was the biggest fire on the Dub mountains ive ever seen, if they were just burning gorse is a saturday night not a really bad time to do it?

    I was up there about 2 weeks ago, everything was just burnt black. It's really an awful site. Must have been the hot weather we're having at the moment. No pics sorry.
