Often centres are owned by a 'shelf company' so it can be hard to know who to complain to. Very often the manager is answerable to nobody really, and you'd have to be making a complaint to the chairman of the board.

Just out of interest, why'd you be complaining about the manager of a centre? seems a bit weird.

Shouting and swearing at a girl a lot younger than him who was not his responsibility and was not doing anything wrong.

PM me with the shopping centre and I might be able to help you.

Most centres are owned by pension funds and then are managed by a management company.

e.g. Liffey Valley is owned by Morley Fund Managers in Londo and managed by Hamilton Osborne King. HOK employ the shopping centre manager.

Sqaure Tallaght is owned by over 30 different funds & individuals who all subscribe to a property management company called Glenrye properties who as in the above case employ all centre staff.

Retailers pay an annual servcie fee that pays for all non retail staff in the centre.
