Are CRT monitors harder non the eyes?

Just curious to know are lcd monitors or CRT monitors any better for the eyes? I notice i get eye strain lately?:confused:

CRT's can strain the eyes due to the refreshing of the screen. This will particularly be a problem with a low refresh rate.

Go for an LCD. Much easier on the eyes. Lower refresh rates on LCDs are fine as the technology is different.
