This probally has been said before but if the american government done it why not just plant a few bombs in the towers why make it really complicated.

There are a lot of theories surrounding the horrific events of that day. One theory that answers your specific question is misdirection.

The idea is that you do something stupidly complicated in order to ensure that enough loose ends and unanswerable questions to distract people and focus their attention on some irrelevant point rather than on the real issue. Missing evidence, tearing down additional buildings without explanation, political double talk etc These things keep people guesing and looking at the wrong things.

The other side of the 9/11 theory is that the conspiracy is less grand than people make it out to be.

Personally I figure the evidence supports the accusation that the US government and the Bush administration in particular were aware of the imminent threat, perhaps even to the point where they had forknowledge of the form that threat would take. The conspiracy here was one of in-action rather than action. To allow these terrorists to carry out their planned atrocity as a justification for the administrations foreign and domestic policies. It can certainly be said that 9/11 did more good for the Bush agenda than any political campaign ever could.

    But, thats just my opinion.

There's two flaws with 911 conspiracy theories.

The first is the conspiracy theorists don't have a theory. They're just asking questions man. If you actually ask a 911 theorists "So what in your opinion, did happen on 911" they cannot come with a coherant or plausible alternative hypothesis.

If they do try, the number of people necessary to complete this theory spirals, massively, a conspiracy only works if you limit the flow of information, and the people who are aware of the theory. Look at watergate, a handful of people where in the know, and it collasped. For 911, thousands, literally thousands of people would be in on it for a MIHOP, and hundreds for an LIHOP, considering the number of whistle blowers who have come forward on other intelligence failures, people like Kelly, like Palme, it's highly implausible no one has spoken up that the US had specific intelligence about 911 and completely intentially ignored it.

The Plane that flew over the pentagon clipped and knocked over power pylons, and destroyed a power substation, it flew over 8 lanes of eyewitnesses parked in traffic including a friend of mine. The evidence your video presents is shoddy incompliment and dishonest. Please try harder.

Give it a rest will ye? What happened on 9/11 was a bunch of lunatics obeying the commands of a rich Saudi nutcase who, together with some other nutbags, hatched a clever plan to use civilian aircraft as retaliation against the American government for setting up permanent military bases in the Middle East following the 1991 Gulf War and for their stance on the Israeli/Palestinian situation...nothing more... so sorry to disappoint all you conspiracy theorists out there!
