Lunch. Not as bad as I used to be but spending €7 a day on lunch cos I was too lazy to make sandwiches at home the night before. Used to waste about €200 a month doing that.

I actually tend not to waste that much money.

Overpriced chocolate bars and bottles of coke I don't need would be my biggest waste.

Yeah - me too. After a few pints I'd sooner get a taxi rather than walk 2km home. Damn those yellow and blue signs.

Take aways. I've been eating 2-3 takeaways per week for months now. Have cut down severly on the frequency of my drinking though, but somehow I'm burning through an entire months salary in 2/2.5 weeks and have little to show for it after. Some good memorys though.

Hmm... trying to think, there's not really much I'd waste my money on at all.

I've almost completely cut out drink, so no there. I don't buy expensive clothes, once I discovered that a €6 pair of jeans from Penny's last longer than a €60 pair from Topshop or River Island. Eating out is a special occaission type thing, eg on birthdays and the like, so that's hardly much of a waste.

There are a few DVDs that I've got that I've not even watched yet, but I'll get around to them, and I don't think I'd really call that a waste either. I don't know, can't really think of anything much that's a waste I'm afraid.

    I guess I'm just not a wasteful person? :o

    Taxis

28 euro I spent on a taxi last week, should have cost me 15.

The fair actually came to 29.50 but the taxi driver felt so guilty he just handed me 2 euro change from the 30 euro I gave him... I hate fùckin taxis

I waste my money on everything I do that doesnt involve sitting in front of my widescreen tv, in bed, with no pants on, drinking beer.

Everything else is pointless discretionary spending.

I've managed to curb my spending dramatically recently. I was doing my expenses for my monthly tax return last month and I noticed that I had paid €140 on taxi's in one month

My main vice is computer parts and motorbike upgrades.

I genearlly don't waste any money. Probably because I have no income. Taxis are the only thing I can think of. And that's only the very odd time, when I'm going somewhere with other people. Usually cycle everywhere. Don't buy drink in pubs very much. Don't eat out. Don't buy drinks/sweets in shops. Haven't bought clothes in years. Jesus, if I actually had a job I'd be rolling in it.

Edit: A car would be the only thing I'd consider getting that I know would generally be a waste of money.
