Saw this thread on AV Forums and thought it was very good.

We here in Eire should do same at local level.

Anyway would love to see peoples setups i.e. photos of their gaming setups?

I will post picture soon of mine but its nothing too hectic!

Can I suggest this thread be moved or re-started in the Games board? It's more of a general show-your-setup than just showing your PS3s. There are similar threads on boards like NTSC-UK and RLLMUK and are interesting, seeing people's setups and game collections.

It always nice to see other people's set ups, esp if you are changing around your set up.

    Nice displays on avforums.
    I have a Panasonic AX100E myself, but dont have a PS3 yet

I remember reading something about game mode when buying but didn't ask about it. What does it do?

Not 100% sure but read on another fourm that is gives blacker blacks and improves the frame rate etc.. There must be some improvement, I doubt they created the mode for no reason!

I can only see 2. Is one broke or something?

I think what he sees is the HD Drive but since you wanted 3 and probably know I have 3 here's the proof:

Going to try get a pic or two of my setup posted later.

@kensutz - why the 3 360s?? or is it an XBox 1080? LOL

and a serious question also @kensutz - is your Guitar Hero the 360 or the PS2 version?

I'm having serious problems with the controller and my PS3. I got a USB adapter in GAME and the button assignment is fcuked, so guitar doesn't work. Glad I kept the PS2 now.

No probs Fnz. There's no way to circumvent the region encoding so I had to buy a different region console.

Geez... someone should tell him/her "asked for your setup, not your life story". :D

Very, very nice though. Seems as though it's a gaff to look at, not live in....... or touch. :D

@ kensutz: I know modding the 360 may void your live subscription but could you not have just imported games and got a power adapter?

I could import games but they still won't work unless you have that region 360. And yes I have the power supplies.

    Hey Guys,

Thanks for your kind comments, yes indeed they are Tanny M3's & I've M2's at the back and a Tannoy Sub, bought them a couple of years back when Hifi Corner and Richer Sounds where on the quays, the good old days :)

It's a 42" Panasonic Plasma, I bought from Germany. I've a page setup that I had on AVforums, you can see both PS3 & 360 Game shots.

I posted mine in the Arcade/Retro pages, here's the link,

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055078178

Now thats my older stuff. I have my PS2, 360 and Wii down stairs on a 37"HD set, which keeps me happy!
I'm going to get a HD set for the upstairs games room but going to limit the size to 32" as I find the bigger ones don't do the old analogue video systems, likes of sega, atari and commodore any justice.
The digital surround is up there for my modded xbox so it'll fit right in.
The room needs a serious makeover, I want proper displays for the best bits of my collection.
Also have to figure where the PS3 should go, downstairs on the 37"HD with no digital surround ir upstairs in the gamesroom with a 30"HD with digital surround, decisions decisions!

    Here's Mine.

    Downstairs and upstairs.

Waiting to buy a new place so I can set it up right.
