    Ok, i'm not sure what happened, but my zen's screen seems to have imploded. The ink is all ****/the screen has just gone white. Does any1 know where i can get it repaired?? Thanx in advance

    It's shagged. Zen themselves ar epretty good I hear about you sending things back to them direct. Otherwise, go straight back to your shop. is it still under warranty?

    It's a known problem with the screens - seems a fluctuation in temperature
    (coming in from the sun to a cold room even) can cause the problem you've
    just encountered. It seems that even a small imperfection in the screen/glass
    causes it to happen and Creative seem aware of it.

    Get onto Creative directly and get them to replace it

    You should have no hassle getting this replaced if it's within warranty. The Creative Europe head office is in Leixlip or Blanchardstown (I think).

    I know a couple of guys who work there.
