Does DOE take note of mileage at each test?

Going to look at a 4x4 with what seems lowish mileage. Just wondering if the DOE paperwork (if it's available) could give some indication whether or not it's genuine...

What DOE paperwork? When it went thru the DOE it shoulda got a cert from the garage that can then be used to get a DOE cert from the tax office for €6. If the vehicle only has the DOE cert then no there's nothing on there about mileage afaik.
The garage report might though, can't remember for sure.
