    anyone any idea when Apple are releasing new ipods?

    My mini ipod is on it's last legs.

    My best guess would be Sept/Oct in time for the holiday quarter.
    What's wrong with the current line-up?

    The nano is pretty killer, and i am no fan of the ipod....

    True, thats one thing with Apple though, you never know when the new products are due. I bought a new 30GB model today, can't wait til Autumn. :)

    I think they are quite predictable, usually in the 3 quarter of the year the release new ipods, then occassional in the first quarter the update their smaller DAPs, nano, mini, shuffle.
