Cajun sauce

Doe's anyone know what the Eddie Rockets cajun sauce is and where I can get lots of it? A similar alternative will do but I need an industrial sized bucket of the stuff.

It's the same sauce they use on the wings. I have watched them closely while they were making my food and the cajun sauce and buffalo are one and the same. Have a look at the other threads about the wing sauce.
