Anybody else have problems with this? Every time I go to withdraw it says that the maximum available for withdrawal is some arbitrary amount that is normally only about a quarter of what I want to withdraw. I've transferred the money from my poker account into the regular account part, and I want to withdraw €1000. About ten minutes ago it said the max I could withdraw was €400 and something, now it's saying it's €277???:confused:

Tried the live chat feature but no luck.

held fund, it's a way to protect against chip dumping/fraud.

you can only withdraw 24hrs after you won the money or played with it. something like that anyway.

ive had nothing but problems with gjp

wouldnt let me log in to the cashier to deposit, using the username and password they gave me.

created a new account so, went to reg laser card, already in use, so now the first account was frozen.

the live support isnt great, youd be better off phoning them.

If you are withdrawing through the Poker Client you need to have the money in the poker section of the account to withdraw.

There is no 72 hour held funds anymore.

MrPlough your account was frozen because you are only allowed one account, standard on most sites. Once you breach security it is not as straightforward to get stuff sorted but yours should be fixed today.

Anyone not getting satisfaction with customer service can contact me direct and I will speed things up.

In fairness, the live support is usually excellent and is 2nd to none compared to other sites
