Where to Train for the Summer

I am hoping to enlist help in finding the best location to train and live for the summer. I am traveling over to England and Ireland to run some races during the month of June. Afterwards I'm looking for a good place to settle down in for July and August in Ireland. I'm currently university and I would be doing some solid training and trying to finish writing a collection of essays, while also hopefully working a local job. I would prefer to live somewhere devoid of tourists, with some solid trails or roads to train on without having to worry about getting smashed up by fast cars. Any ideas? I'd really appreciate the help.

if you looking for races have a look at www.bhaa.net, and as for running dublin has the largest park in any city centre. Its massive and a lot of races aslo take palce there, there is also a zoo in there. Its called the Phoenix Park

The massive Phoenix Park is a great place to train and race. I grew up beside it and made use of loads of its amenities.
It has flat sections and a multitude of hills. And there's a lot of grass and off-road trails if you prefer a softer surface.
The Phoenix Park is the location for the adidas race series (5, 10, 13.1 mile races leading up to the marathon).
