I have a dog I noticed that he always goes for the orange toy. i know there colour blind but can dogs see orange brighter and are more attracted or is it just a coincidence

Dogs can actually see in colour, but they confuse red and green sometimes. Perhaps there's something else about the toy that he goes for, our dogs show preferance for some toys over others for no apparent reason.

It could be to do with the smell off the toys....
