Pearly Penile Papules - are they common?

    I have something called pearly penile papules - I know from reading loads of stuff online that it is perfectly harmless and nothing to worry about, I'm a little self concious about it. As of yet no girl has ever noticed it, I'm kinda worried that if they did they could think it might be something bad like an std etc.

    ppp is little rows of very small bumps just under the head of the penis. Mine are tiny and barely noticible I don't worry about it. However I also have bumps on the sides of the shaft of my penis too. They are slightly bigger and when erect you can notice them by touch.

    Wondering how many guys have the same, and how many girls have seen it before. Would this concern you at all or are guys diicks often unusual like this?

    The little white spots under the urethra are normal. The ones on the side of the penis would appear not to be. Go to doctor.
