im doing vet nursing in college, and we have marketing as a subject. I have a exam tomorrow morning at 10am (27/04/07). I do not have a clue what to study. Any marketing smart people with any hints

Think about what brand values your practice might have, maybe a customer charter, relationship marketing, different services you could have in the clinic building say hire out space for grooming etc.

Some awareness building programme if you're new in the area, doesn't sound like you're too well prepared. The best marketing doesn't come from a book. And the only way to find out if a marketing idea or strategy is any good is to implement it!
