Another Back-up question

    I have some spreadsheets that I use every day. I recently lost a lot of data, and had no back up. If I could have reverted to a copy that had been saved say, a day or two ago, I would save myself hours of work.

    Do I need software for this? All I want to back up are some spreadsheets, but often forget to do it. Is there free software out there?

    I have XP by the way.

    Google for , Ah! what the hell, here you go, this will more then suffice your needs. It will backup any folder only, so save all your spreadsheets to a folder & use Back2Zip to back it up for you.
