Creative zen v usb cable questions

    I lost my usb cable :( i'd like to buy a new one,the two questions i have are

    1) do i need to buy a creative usb cable or are they generic?
    2) recommendations of places to buy one in dublin city centre?

    Did you just lose the white cable or did you lose the piece that attaches to the Creative as well? If it's just the cable, it's generic. Bring the little white block into any shop like Maplin, Peats or Dixons, show them where you used to plug the cable in and they'll have exactly what you need.

    It's the zen v 4gb,the cable is all one piece,it is similar to usb cable for motorola phones. Are you thinking of the larger models? i'm going to give the usual computer shops a look today
