    ...transfer all my music on my ipod to my pc (external hard drive)?? I originally saved all my music (which took far too long to have to do again) on my dad's home pc before I went travelling and when I came back, he had deleted all my music files. I now have a laptop with external hard drive and would like to transfer my music onto the laptop as my ipod is on the blink.

    Can anyone help?? Its almost causing me nightmares with the thoughts of having to locate all the music I had originally put on my ipod.

    Remember seeing some software on download.com (i think) that let you transfer from your iPod. Never tried it myself though.
