I am up for review soon and am wondering what is a good salary for an EHS officer out there with at least 4 years experience

Depends on the field you are in and your qualifications and how many people report to you. Health and Safety review magazine did a salary survey last year and I think the average salary for a competent person is about €45-€50k. I have seen some consultancies looking for well qualified consultants and only offering mid 30's. EHS is not a job to do you if you want to get rich. In my experience for what it's worth in construction would be looking at €45-50k plus a car if required; in councils and the like and in some hospitals the payscales go to about €50k ish. In pharma around the same. Look at irishjobs.ie for indicative salaries of current EHS vacancies.

the average salary is around 35K but I was through to thefinal stages of an EHS role recently which knew I wanted 40K, I turned it down because it was to far away
