Hi, I am trying to review my performance in SnG's as of lately. I don't have any decent tracking software running at the mo and i am trying to work out my average ROI in these games. Can anybody please tell me how i go about this?
I can access all my results through the tournament history on ipoker. Play at the $20 and $30 level. What is generally good ROI at these levels?

    ROI is (total won-total spent)/total spent x 100
as for a good value, one of the posters who plays alot of STTs at this level will help you.

That is total roi, average is slightly different, maybe nicnicnic might post to explain that one.

Average ROI is the average Return On Investment. It is calculated as the average of ((payout-(stake+rake))*100)/(stake+rake). So it will be -100% for a player that loses every game, and about 309% for a player that wins every 9 handed game. It could of course be a lot higher if, for example the player won every 180 player game they played in. It is a measure of ability independent of stake.
