    does any one know of anything or product that can help , is surgery the only answer. am new to this so can anyone tell me what it means to sucribe on this site, also have to go to help desk to post new thread is there an easy way thanks .

    God no. Plenty of creams that can reduce bagginess, not to mention the humble cucumber. I've heard Clarins do a great eye cream (for men anyway).
