God's 360 degree assessment

I’ve been thinking a little about judgement day and, in particular, if there’ll be any opportunity for 360 degree appraisal. I mean, given the possibility that several universes exist, why should we be condemned for eternity just because the God in ours is a complete bozo?

I found a template for a 360 degree assessement form here that seemed to fit the bill with a few adjustments. Try it out yourself.

MULTI-SOURCE FEEDBACK: 360º Assessment of God

If you cannot give an opinion due to lack of knowledge of the deity say so here. You must specifically comment on any concern behaviour, and this should reflect the deity’s behaviour over time – not usually just a single incident.

    Maintaining trust / Professional relationship
Listens. Is polite and caring. Shows respect for peoples' opinions, privacy, dignity and confidentiality. Is unprejudiced.

    Assessment:
Performance gives rise to profound concern. Delivers oblique instructions without any consultation. Discriminates between people on an apparently arbitrary basis.

    Verbal communication skills
Gives understandable information. Speaks in language at the appropriate level for the person.

    Assessment:
Fail. Gives conflicting information in inaccessibly archaic languages.

    Team-working / Working with colleagues
Respects others’ roles, and works constructively in the team. Hands over effectively, and communicates well. Is unprejudiced, supportive and fair.

    Assessment:
Irresponsible. Leaves team without direction and does not even intervene to correct team conflicts caused by differing interpretations of his instructions.

    Accessibility
Accessible. Takes proper responsibility. Only delegates appropriately. Does not shirk duty. Responds when called. Arranges cover for absence.

    Assessment:
Utterly inaccessible to the extent of being invisible. Responds to calls only with silence.
