Just saw it last night , a decent enough movie a bit OTT at times. To me it looked like a cross between Krav Maga and Judo when Wahlberg was attacked in 2 or 3 scenes in the movie any one know ?

Ex-Marine Corp sniper Patrick Garrity did the consulting work on shooting and unarmed combat sequences so it's probably a mix of US military combatives dressed up to look good on screen.

Was this a rip off of the bourne identity? Wondering if its worth going to see :)

It's (loosely) based on Point of Impact by Stephen Hunter.... one of a series of books involving the main character and his family. Nothing to do with the Bourne Identity.

Hey Dent, I went to see it the other day. Worth the 1.85 I paid for it but i'd be pissed off dropping nine bucks in UGC.

I'd recommend it, some cool sniper scenes, like the Bourne films he goes after the system but that's really where the comparisons end.

Saw it last sat..have to say..not a bad movie if a little predictable!
RE: Krav Maga...cant say the techniques were krav based, although the scenarios would be typical of krav training.
