Summer Camps

    Firstly
.....as so many of us complain of poor flexibility, is there anyone out there (suitably qualified) who might consider running a Summer Camp, aimed directly at increasing ones flexibility. I'm thinking, 3-4 hours per day for anything from 3-7 days.
    Your thoughts please.

    Secondly
..i've recently returned from Budapest where i met with a guy called Peter Lakatos, expert1 level Krav Maga instructor and director of the IKMF Hungary.
As im fully aware..many of you are anti Krav for various reasons.
HOWEVER..this guy is also an instructor's instructor in the use of Kettle Bell weights and has made his own DVD's on the subject.

Kettle Bell Weights are very much in vogue at the moment, especially in the sense that unlike dumbells etc, there's no need to adjust or add extra weights. Very little storage in required, they can be kept at home easily, meaning no unnecessary trips to the gym. (I'm in no way advising people against going to the gym..but these could be a good alternative on nights people cant make it!!)
Their use stems from the old Soviet Union and i've heard teams such as Chelsea have introduced their use into their training...can't verify this though.

Anyway.....he is prepared to come over for a seminar to instruct people on their proper use. Anyone interested?? No dates, costs yet...can sort all this out when a level on interest is elicited.

I only ever heard of kettle bells from Crossfit, but yeah, totally right about storage and that.
