I had 2 mma league fights yesterday-won 1 and lost 1, got my 1st ever submission and also got submitted for my 1st time also-doh. enjoyed it and feel i learned a bit too-thats what its all about..

Howya Paul only recognized you when I heard your name being called out, and didn't get a chance to say hello. I was the lad in the Desperate Dan t-shirt and was just coaching for the day thanks to a busted toe. Didn't see your matches unfortunately. The league is good craic.

I,ll see you again roper-Nothingcompares-I got an arm bar from full mount after some gnp-i was delighted as im not a submission fighter!! also lost by arm bar-i jumped in with a knee and slipped and was mounted, i reveresed this and threw a few shots and stood up to bring it back to feet and slipped-next thing i know im in an armbar!! nearly escaped but he got it last second..
