I had a quick look through the v.impressive before and after thread and decided I want to get my bod back again! Im a 22 yr old male, used to play all sorts of sports as a young fella, all of which ended about 2 years ago.

Im 6"0 and 12st even. Just want to tone up the bod and looking for a workout programme that would bring me to around 5/6/2003 picture on this site:

    http://www.johnstonefitness.com/all/front/m.php

Not afraid of a bit of hard work, just need some guidance and having read your before and after thread I'm well impressed with you guys! I'm a student, so cash isn't plentiful so gyms are a no no but I play soccer once a week and my job is fairly physical so i get a bit of exercise but not enough to keep me toned.

Hopefully you can help me join the before and after thread soon enough!

    cheers in advance

ED: I'm midway between 2/6/2003 and 3/6/2003 at the moment at a guess!

And whatever you do, don't worry, because you won't bulk up. It's not an easy thing to do unless you do it properly and aim to do it.

Food controls body size. Train the way as perscribed in the various threads, stickies and articles posted and control your calorie intake.

The very basis for size is calorie intake, so if you only eating 2500 calories a day for example your only ever gonna be so big.
