    Why is my friend (opposite sex) is acting hot and cold, nasty, not want to be in my company-then wants to be in my company. I'm confused, was my friend worth a thought, being friends with?

    I think you might need to give everyone more details. How old are you? Are you and your friend of the same sex? Have you recently started dating someone? Have they? Maybe it is as simple as they need time to themselves every once in a while.

    'give him time, maybe something has happened in his private life that he just feels too shy talking about.

    perhaps catch him while he's on his own and ask him if anythings bothering him and would he like to talk about it. you could find that he might be able to open up to you if your not in a group of people.'
