Fight Club Toddler Style

    This is quite sickening really

    From BBC News
Four Plymouth women who goaded toddlers into fighting and filmed it have been given 12-month suspended sentences.
Carole Olver, 48, and her three daughters, Zara, 29, Serenza, 29, and Danielle, 19, admitted child cruelty charges at Plymouth Crown Court.

During the case, seven minutes of video was shown. A boy wearing a nappy was called a "wimp" for not hitting his sister back after she struck him.

The four women are heard laughing as the toddlers are urged to fight.

Anyone watching this footage... would have been sickened and saddened

    Det Sgt Barry Walters
The boy, aged two, is seen crying after being punched in the face by his three-year-old sister and is told by one of the four women in the room "not to be a wimp or a ****" and to hit the girl back.

The children's mother pleaded guilty to causing or procuring the children to be ill treated in a manner likely to cause unnecessary suffering or injury.

The women were told they posed no risk to society
The other three pleaded guilty to jointly inciting the ill treatment of children.

Judge Francis Gilbert gave all four women from North Prospect in Plymouth a one-year suspended sentence, saying they posed no risk to the public. He also ordered them to do 100 hours of unpaid work.

The children are in the care of the parents of their father, who is a member of the armed forces.

Speaking after the case, investigating officer Det Sgt Barry Walters said: "Anyone watching this footage showing grown adults encouraging very young children committing unnatural acts would have been sickened and saddened.

"We have been in touch with child protection teams across the country and to my knowledge this is the first time that something like this has ever gone to court."

He said the sentencing was the "decision of the judge".

"Our priority and the priority of their family is the children.

"They are in a very supportive family who wish to bring them up the best way they can."

This is like another story I heard ages ago, about a bus driver who was basically doing the same thing. Trying to find a link on this, and when I do I'll edit this.

    Aha. Here's the story:
NEW YORK - A school bus driver faces child endangerment charges for masterminding a bullying system among middle school students that included a pecking order of abuse, authorities said.

Michael Cianci allegedly encouraged students in his “Death Cheese Club” — named for the yellow school bus — to use headlocks on other students and push them around.

“It was ’Lord of the Flies’ with adult supervision,” said William Smith, a spokesman for Staten Island District Attorney Daniel Donovan. The New York Daily News reported that Cianci, 38, is a “Star Wars” fan and called himself “Emperor.” The paper had its own name for Cianci: “Jabba the Nut” and called his bus “a mini Death Star on wheels.”

Cianci, of Parlin, N.J., was arraigned Thursday on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and released on $500 bail. Cianci, a certified school bus driver for 15 years with no prior complaints against him, was suspended without pay.

The alleged abuse on the Staten Island route began Nov. 1, until the first complaint came on Jan. 17 when the parents of an 11-year-old boy whose jacket was cut with scissors reported it to school authorities, Smith said. The scissors reportedly were used in place of “Star Wars” lightsabers.

The parents of another 11-year-old boy filed a complaint at around the same time when their son told them of harassment on the bus in the form of headlocks and shoving.

Smith said “there’s no explanation as to why they (students) didn’t come forward” sooner. The students were from Intermediate School 34 in Tottenville.

Smith said there were no direct threats against any of the students beyond the “rules” that set a pecking order on the bus that the driver posted. One “rule” stated: “The penalty for breaking this code is banishment.”

Anyways, back on topic about the previous story-- its horrible but I bet myself and my brothers fought so much worse than this.

Absolutely hilarious, also, they were encouraging them to fight, not just one to beat up the other.

Anyone want to pit their kid against my first born?:D
