Is it a good idea to return to a gym which you left in the first place because you go p***ed off with it or should i just keep on moving to different gyms and not go back.

Well the first one i was there for about 3 1/2 yrs and it just got to the stage wer i wasnt going because it was just the same old thing week in week out so i went else wer hoping to get back into it as i love training but the one im in now is pretty small and there is no atmosphere at all nobody ever has a conversation or when there is its normally in a foreign language that i dont understand. Im just wondering has anyone ever gone back to a gym they left and left again for the same reason they left the first time

well if you just left it because you got bored of it, ye I would go back once you actaully want to go back, however I would try and supplement it with other forms of exercise aswell or chances are that you will just get bored.

what about buying a bike and going cycling outdoors as this will help to keep things fresh as you could always just change your route for something new
