the issues they both raise at the moment are very specific to the UK healthcare system, so probably wont be understood by most irish readers, but nhsblogdoc's "The crippen diaries" are always very thought provoking.

ah yeah, I just left it out because the quality and regularity of updates has plummeted in the last month or two. Other music ones to check out would be
