Well you answered your own question there mate
You are best off to go into a tattoo shop and half a chat with an artist

As a guess though, I would say about 3 hours work depending on detail so it could be at least 300 euro

I concur. Going on the basis you're in Dublin it'll cost between 80 and 100 per hour. You might get an overall price. Studios i'd recommend are Snakebite and Zulu. Good luck.
