    From what I read of it the summary translation is RTE aren't rocking the boat in hopes they don't loose their cash cow.

    So 1 TV license per household caters all devices. It doesn't mention in the case if you have a PC only do you pay for a TV license.

    Also it doesn't mention that mobile phone or Windows Media Player CD = TV license. I'm guessing RTE will stay the heck away from suggesting that they get money for that.
