Barrel Blueing Around Iron Sights Area on Barrel Without Sights

My CZ is a heavy barrel without Iron sites.

I noticed a band of an ever so slight difference in colour in the blueing
about an inch before the muzzle. The blueing is slightly lighter in colour
and about 2 inchs in length and all round the barell.
Its very subtle and hardly noticable.

Its around the area where the iron sites would be if the barrel did have iron sites.
so it makes me wonder what way the barrels are manufactured.
Maybe they are made to accept iron sites and they are just not put on.

    Anyone ever see anything similar?

A trivial thing I know but it kinda bugged me all the same just
in case it was something else or it was some kind of damage.

    Update:

Found out what is causing the difference in colour on the barrel!

Its the Sponge paddiing inside in my Infac gun safe.

The Rifle stands in my gun safe with the scope facing he rear/wall
the barrel rests up againt the sponge that supports it.

On closer examination the difference in Colour on the barrell ONLY occurs
where the sponge has been in contact with the barrel.

    This SUCKS!

When storing my rifle I always give it a wipe with a cloth with a tiny
bit of oil on it. So the combination of the the sponge/oil/metal blueing
may have caused some reaction. I cant be wear or anything abrasive
as the rifle is practically new.
