    My thinking was that his line looks so set like that my equity might not be good enough to get it in on the flop.

    Given the absence of reads I think you played it just fine. Its tempting to reraise flop but you were probably wise to throw caution to the wind IMO

    Wait a minuite! If someone "throws caution to the wind" does it not mean that they are the opposite of cautious?

    If he calls you he has a set alright :).
    But we dont want that.
    Sometimes he might have the NFD himself (or a worse draw)

    I also push the flop, it's what I'd do with a set and big draws, and I'd certainly class TP and 3rd nut flush draw as a great draw.

    Flop is ridiculously easy push. Turn and river are going to be way too hard to play oop otherwise.

    usually when i lead at this flop its to bet/3bet but villians line really looks like a set.i think you played it fine.
