Just looking for some diet ideas. I've never done a planned diet and I'm a bit unsure about what I'm doing.

So, from the stickies and going with a calorie deficit I have 3426.98 a day to play with.
I can easily eat 6 meals a day at set intervals.
2 of those meals can be protein shakes.
2 of the meals will probably need to be easy to transport and easy to prepare as we only have a microwave in work, though I normally have a protein shake in work.
I pretty much eat anything, though I prefer turf to surf. :)

So if anybody with similar calorie usage wants to let me know how they munch, that'd be most excellent. :)

age height weight, and bf would be helpfull, those calories are savage high.

As for "making a meal plan" well we'll see what we can do for you, but you know there nothing like learning for you're self. and the stickies really do have loads of info about the food and meals you can make up.

    Morning: Oats, milk, protein shake
Meal 2: Tuna, brown rice, olive oil, peppers, sweetcorn
    Meal 3: As meal 2
Meal 4: Chicken, brown rice, olive oil, peppers, cheese apple/orange
Meal 5: Chicken, maybe some rice, olive oil, peppers, cheese fruit.
Meal 6: Protein shake with milk, apple.

It's okay, I could do with some green, fibrous veg though and some more nuts.

You know by now what should be in each meal, just think of foods you like and add them in.

Breakfast: Special K, Banana, Chicken fillet
Snack 1: Homemade 1/4 lb'er burger full of onion and spices
Snack 2: 1 slice of brownbread, 1 and 1/2 dessert spoons of peanut butter, Chicken fillet
Dinner: Chicken and mash dish with creamy sauce
Snack 3: Protein shake and an apple
Pre-Bed: Pint of Milk and BCAA's.

Yeah I looked in the stickies for nutrition, I know pretty much what I'm meant to be doing, I just have no clue about the quantity. I was hoping I could just take something like Tribulus' diet plan and then alter it a bit to suit me, I just need a bit of a template to work from.

23, just over 5'10, 19 stone, not too sure how to figure out body fat... I'm overweight with a bit of a belly but I'm not overweight like yer man from lost as my 19stone would suggest. Nobody knows how I'm that heavy, I just am. I know other rugby props that are similar so maybe it's just the body type.

After looking at the meals you guys eat I now realise I've been eating waaay too little. I was wondering why I was feeling a bit dizzy in work.
