New Band

Hey, Shane here im 19, from the southside of dublin city. im starting a new band. i have a drummer and bassist and i play guitar so basically just looking for anyone whose interested in singing, playing guitar or playing keyboard/synth in a new band. influences i suppose would be quite pop/rock/indie...bands like killers, arctic monkeys, alkaline trio, blizzards/franz ferdinand/muse...just anything really that has a catchy sound with a bit of dept and not just bubble gum crap... so all are welcome to reply once u have the right intentions and ambition...i guess metal and heavy stuff is a no. anyway enough of me going on...thanks

you might think our influences are a bit modern but to be honest we dont want to be like any of these bands, i just put them there so people would get the vibe. its about creating something fresh and original and radiogenic

Right man. I dig most of the influences you guys have. I sing and play the guitar myself. I'm at it now 5 years. I've played with in alot of bands too. I've written a good few new songs to play with a band. I'm 20 years old and from the southside too. Drop me a line of your interested.

Hi, only if You are intrested about second guitar. My name is Marcin Im 24 and Im foregin. I play the electric and acoustik guitar....lead alsow violin and a bit on a piano.

My influences are: ozzy, dream theatre, pink floyd, metallica Queen, puccini, paganini, vai, mr big, carl orff, extreeme...and many more:rolleyes:

Hey, I'm 23 years old and have been playing guitar for 5 years now. my influences would be fairly similar to your own, The Killers, Kings of Leon, Razorlight, Angels and Airwaves, Death Cab For Cutie and Jimmy Eat World etc. The only thing is that Im on the north side but I dont think that would be too much of a problem. PS: I write a lot of my own stuff and can also do a bit of singing, I'm learning Piano at the moment so that might come in handy. Oh I play Electric and Accoustic Guirar

Hey, Your ad sounds sounds like something i'd be interested in. I play guitar... If you want to set up an audition, i have plenty of riffs and stuff that i'd like to play for you....
