A friend gave me a Sony DAV S550 Home Cinema System today. He is ugrading to something else.

It is my first 5.1 system, I never thought about buying one as my front room is so small, but now that I have it, I would like to use it.

The DAV S550 has an optical line in for Audio from another piece of kit. My Strong Sat. Receiver has a coaxial output to link to a surround sound kit. What cable do I need or can I even get, to connect from Coaxial to Optical?

Anyone any thoughts? Apart from this and the fact that it seems to be a right pain in the arse to make it multi region, it seems like a great piece of kit.

    Thanks,

    MJ
