Anyone know what the myspace page was? I reckon there could be some interesting comments on it ^^.

PS: Yes i think they are a bunch of useless inbreds, but its still pretty funny.

No, to me it sounds like this girl just chose a random house and broke in, lol. They didnt mention anything about a daughter.

Here's the same story with more detail:

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/wear/6551589.stm

In short, it was their own daughter.

Ciaran500 linked me to that story earlier and it spoke of the offender as the daughter. Apparently she was staying in a friends house for a "cooling off" period. Guess they have changed their story since then.

This reminds me of what I used to get up to in my younger day and I'm sure that most of us did. I can see the funny side of it. Good on you Rachael, nice party indeed, can I come to your next one?

    I'm really pissed off.

Someone told me earlier that someone had taken a dump on the wedding dress, not just had a piss on it.

She advertised it as a "Skins Party" which I'm sure Channel 4 will be very pleased with. You can be sure the mentalists will want season 2 axed from E4 'because of the message it sends out'.

Some one needs to tell them where to go when they start telling us what we should be watching.

What a bunch of disgustingly depraved animals.

"Cooling off period" must mean "separation time to protect the daughter's life from her livid parents".

She's basically bolliksed up her relationship with her family for life, for what sounded like a really $hit party. I hope she feels it was worth it.
I remember getting a hiding cos me mam found beercans in the bin when she got back from a holiday. The house was spotless :(

"The mother of a 17-year-old girl whose party guests caused £20,000 of damage to her parents' home says the family may have to move out permanently"

I didn't realise it was her own house!! OMG. Poor girl, your worst nightmare. She probably did advertise it, but pretty sure she didn't expect what happened.

Of course she didn't expect it to be as debauched as it was. But take a look at her invitation again.

    http://img.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2007/04_01/ragadDM1304_468x424.jpg

If she didn't expect some degree of mayhem after posting that to the whole world, the girl is a grade A idiot.

    Naive i'd say alright. It'll test a mother's love :)

But I'm sure they'll look back at it in 10 years time and think.... you stupid little c*nt!!

I am sure they are thinking that now. Is it possible to put a 17 year old up for adoption? If not then have her charged and put in prison. That will learn her.

    sheesh.

There are very few people who *didn't* have a party that got a little out of hand while their parents were away. Although the scale of this is a tad bigger than anything I got up to :)

This is precisely why we don't allow people advertise house parties on boards. You never know what kind of scumbag is going to turn up and fleece you.

The worst i ever saw was some girl putting her foot through the big window of a 'modern' extension!

This is true :o , in SA the house partys did get a bit outta hand, i kicked a whole through my parents bedroom wall once. This is extreme though, blatant destruction, ours was all accidental ^^.

I see absolutely no reason why it made the news........partys get out of hand every weekend

I assume Myspace is not owned by BSkyB and (maybe is owned by by a rival corporation) therefore it was a chance to badmouth a rival medium.

Rupert Murdoch owns Myspace and Murdoch has a big stake in BSkyB so there goes your theory out the window.

House Parties in parents absence ask for trouble.

What I meant to say was that as Murdoch owns both Sky and Myspace, it was an opportunity for one of his coprporations to give free publicity to the other. ;)

Amen to that :D Somehow flying down stairs on an ironing board is more fun when it doesnt belong to your family.

Unbelieveable the attention this got, im sure its not 20 grand damage.

Depends how much they paid for the wedding dress. ;)
