I got mine directly from Chinese on Ailesbury Road, think I posted forms and then collected in person but not sure if they still accept postal applications.

How much should does a holiday visa cost? Just as reference of what should be paid.

I got mine direct from the embassey. Took about a wee/10 days, if I remember. Think it cost me €13. Heard recently it now costs €18. I would advise you to get a multiple entry if you are there for a long time; A lot of people use teh time to go to Mongolia, Hong Kong or Taiwan. Recommend it also.
